Reiner purchased the property in 1988 for $777,500 and sold it in 1998 for $1.94 million. The property subsequently traded for $3.2 million in 2001 before the recent sale. Linda May of Hilton & Hyland represented the listing, while Jodi Korn Radoff of Sotheby's International Realty represented the buyer.
