Wales' women's football team is focused on their Nations League campaign, coming off mixed results against Sweden and Italy. They aim for six points and believe they can compete with top-tier nations, thanks to players' experience in major leagues. Coach Rhian Wilkinson has fostered a mindset change, making the squad feel more comfortable on the ball. The team has shown improvement in their performance and is aiming for more consistent results as they gear up for future competitions, including the Euros and preparations for 2025.
We come into these games targeting six points. We don't feel out of place in Nations League A. Individually, we have players now who are playing in some of the biggest leagues.
Rhian Wilkinson has helped with that but there is also a balance that we have perspective about what we've done in the past.
