Partick Thistle has announced the departure of manager Kris Doolan after two years in charge, following a string of poor performances that left the club fourth in the Scottish Championship. Doolan, a former player revered for his goal-scoring ability, had led the team to two playoff campaigns but faced challenges this season. His last game resulted in a 3-0 defeat to Raith Rovers, exacerbating the club's struggles. Interim management will be overseen by Brian Graham and Mark Wilson as the club looks to rebound.
This decision was not taken lightly. Kris is a club legend, revered for his years as a prolific goal-scorer and, more recently, for leading the team to playoffs.
