Police in London are seeking to return 13 stolen phones to their rightful owners after arresting a suspect linked to thefts in Westminster and central London on March 26.
Soony Stringer, charged with various offenses including theft and dangerous driving, was found with 24 phones during his arrest at Bank junction, suspected to have been snatched by him and another suspect on electric motorbikes.
