The Dartford Crossing will be closed throughout the evening after a serious motorcycle crash. Closures remain southbound from J1B Princes Road Interchange at Dartford today.
A spokesperson for Kent Police said: 'Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service are at the scene where both carriageways are currently closed.'
Earlier today the National Highways said that the closure was likely to last until the evening, but it now warns the road will be closed southbound throughout the evening.
At the time of reporting, there is no indication of any injuries. Motorists should plan their journeys accordingly.
