Drivers are poised to benefit from the lowest fuel prices this Christmas since the onset of Covid, with significant savings on petrol and diesel.
Simon Williams from the RAC noted that while prices are better than previous years, they could still be lower if retailer margins shrank.
Petrol has dropped by 10.5p and diesel by 12p compared to last year, providing significant savings for motorists over the festive period.
Motorists can expect to save approximately £5.75 on petrol and £6.60 on diesel for a typical tank this holiday season.
