The proposed site for a significant residential and commercial development is the ex London Chest Hospital in Bonner Road, with a Grade II listed building to be preserved by AHMM on behalf of Clarion Housing Group's Latimer.
Within the hospital building and new five to nine-story structures, there will be 274 homes and 125 square meters of commercial and community floorspace, with half of the housing marked as 'affordable'.
