Police were called to Hanover House, E14, shortly after 13.30hrs to reports of a fear for welfare. Officers attended the scene along with paramedics from LAS. Shortly before 5 pm, a man fell from height.
His condition has been assessed as life-threatening. He was treated by paramedics at the scene.
