Ambulance crews were sent alongside a team from London's Air Ambulance, arriving in around five minutes. A patient was treated for a serious head injury and taken to hospital as a priority.
We were called at 4.35pm yesterday (1 July) to reports of a person who had fallen from height in Ley Street, Ilford. We sent ambulance crews, paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer to the scene.
The first paramedic arrived in around five minutes. We treated a patient at the scene for a serious head injury and took him to a major trauma centre as a priority.
