The Diana Memorial Playground, located near Kensington Palace, is set for a six-month closure for extensive renovations aimed at replacing ageing play features. This popular venue, which attracts over one million children annually, will receive a £3 million upgrade that includes a more accessible pirate ship, a new multi-level tree house, and improved water play areas. The project, which maintains the essence of the Peter Pan theme, aims to promote inclusive play for children of varying abilities and will commence in autumn 2025.
