The refreshed uniform design addresses feedback from visually impaired customers, featuring brighter roundels for easy identification, ensuring staff visibility is heightened across the network.

The new uniform includes softer, durable fabrics and is moving towards sustainability, starting with jackets made from 51 percent recycled materials, benefiting both staff and the environment.
TfL will implement a 12-month transition period for staff to adopt the new uniforms while recycling old uniforms when they reach the end of their working life.
