The delay of London's new Docklands Light Railway trains has been attributed to signalling problems affecting current trains, pushing back expected completion dates.
TfL's chief capital officer, Stuart Harvey, noted that the unexpected signalling issues require thorough analysis and software adjustments, complicating the introduction of new trains.
