Gaffe, located in south London, is a newly opened communal creative space that operates as a coworking venue during the day and transforms into a vibrant nightclub at night. With a capacity of 150 people, Gaffe aims to foster a community-focused music experience, equipped with a top-tier sound system and soundproofing for an optimal experience. Founder Luca Marchal envisions it as a hub for artistic expression and connection. After initially facing obstacles regarding noise complaints, adjustments were made, leading to council approval for its permanent status, ensuring a blend of work and leisure for locals.
Making that after-work motive easier than ever, a new venue has opened in south London which is both a coworking space and a nightclub.
Gaffe started as a temporary space that held multiple nightclub events last year including Soft Club, a sober rave event.
Our focus is on intimate, quality-focused music experiences... It's about creating a space where the music and community take centre stage.
After tailoring the application to adhere to safety measures, like adding ID scanning and beefed-up security, the council approved Marchal's application to make Gaffe a permanent venue.
