Threatening' Co-op and Boots shoplifter is banned from the City

Kamal Hussein convicted of nine counts of theft including from Boots and Co-op in City of London, causing alarm and distress to staff.

Det Ch Insp Andy Spooner states Hussein's threatening behavior warranted a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) to protect the public and deter reoffending.
