A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police confirmed today (January 30) that her injuries were assessed to be non-life-changing and non-life-threatening.
Police were called to a reported traffic collision on Rainham Road North, Dagenham at approximately 7.22am on Wednesday, 29 January.
We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a paramedic in a fast response car, incident response officers and London's Air Ambulance.
The first of our crews arrived in two minutes. Our crews treated a teenager at the scene, before taking her to a London major trauma centre by road.
