Willesden fire: Four rushed to hospital and two rescued after major blaze on north London high street

Four people were rushed to the hospital following a shop blaze on Willesden High Road, where firefighters managed to rescue two individuals from the roof.
Around 60 firefighters battled the blaze after being called shortly after 1pm, with crews making progress in extinguishing the fire and advising local residents to stay indoors.
According to LFB Station Commander Chucks Abili, firefighters are gaining access to voids to extinguish the fire while monitoring ongoing smoke production.
Willesden High Road is closed between Bertie Road and Hawthorn Road as emergency crews respond, and local residents are advised to avoid the area during rush hour.
