Thief breaks into ambulance and steals crew's bags
Briefly

The London Ambulance Service released CCTV footage showing a thief breaking into an ambulance parked in Harrow while paramedics treated a patient at a nearby home. The incident occurred at approximately 17:00 BST on May 6, and involved the assailant jumping into the vehicle to steal two bags before fleeing. Acting chief executive Dr Fenella Wrigley condemned the attack, emphasizing the negative impact on services, as the damaged ambulance is now off the road for repairs. LAS seeks public assistance to identify the thief from the footage released from the ambulance's security cameras.
To deliberately target our crew in this way is appalling and they are understandably extremely upset.
The damage caused to the ambulance means it is now off the road being repaired, unable to respond to patients.
