Lai Rai, set to open in June 2025 on Rye Lane, aims to immerse visitors in Vietnamese culture through its unique bia hơi dining experience. Co-founder Blair Nguyen has curated a menu rich in flavors from her Saigon upbringing, featuring dishes like five-spice beef jerky, and innovative desserts in collaboration with local ice cream makers. Guests can enjoy an array of authentic drinks, including cocktails like the Pho Please and various Vietnamese beers, all in a retro-inspired setting that celebrates communal eating and drinking.
