PRZYM Kingston could be split into two new venues in huge 3million makeover
Briefly

NEOS Hospitality intends to transform the PRZYM Kingston venue into two distinct areas: a ground-floor party bar called Bonnie Rogues and an upper-level nightclub named Circuit. This initiative aims to continue hosting live music while improving audience experiences, particularly visibility from the second floor. The revamped facility will maintain historic integrity, require minimal alterations, and represents a £3 million investment to preserve the Grade II listed building since its original opening in 1939. Kingston Council has yet to decide on the plans submitted by NEOS.
We have exciting development plans to bring two of our core venues, Bonnie Rogues and Circuit, to our PRYZM site in Kingston, as we look to provide a vibrant, next generation, split venue space for our customers to enjoy throughout the day and evening.
This major investment would preserve the building and help it to survive as a nightclub and live music venue, while also improving customers' view of the stage.
The revamp would enhance the venue's ability to attract top artists by allowing for a better view of performances from the second floor.
Our submitted plans aim to transform the space into two concepts that align with customer demand in the area.
