Man in court over fatal Primrose Hill brawl
"Khalid Abdulqadir, 18, from Camden in north London, did not enter any pleas to charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, violent disorder and possession of a knife when he appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court."
"The prosecutor, Rebecca Holder, said the charges related to 'a violent incident involving a number of people on April 7', when one male was fatally stabbed and another was seriously wounded."
"Holder told the court: 'A fight broke out involving two groups of males. One group of males attacked the deceased victim, and the other group including the defendant attacked back.'"
Khalid Abdulqadir, an 18-year-old from Camden, has been remanded in custody after being charged with grievous bodily harm, violent disorder, and possession of a knife. The charges stem from a violent incident on April 7, where 21-year-old Finbar Sullivan was fatally stabbed during a brawl involving two groups of men in Primrose Hill and Regent's Park. Sullivan, a film student, was found with knife wounds. Abdulqadir is scheduled for a plea hearing on May 12, and his case may be linked to other hearings at the Old Bailey.
