Detective Constable Iain McDonald from the Met's Specialist Crime Command said: "It's been ten years since Junior disappeared - years in which his family and friends have been left without the answers they deserve. We remain committed to finding those responsible for Junior's death but need the public's help."
He was being taken advantage of by those involved in dealing illegal drugs in Kilburn. The case became a murder investigation after his body was found.
