MAD Restaurants, an innovative restaurant group led by entrepreneur Artem Login, is set to open two new dining venues in London this summer. The first, MOI, will debut in Soho in July, showcasing Japanese-inspired dishes curated by Executive Chef Andy Cook. The menu features a variety of sushi, small plates, and larger shareable meals. Following MOI, the second restaurant, ALTA, will open in August in Kingly Court, highlighting Basque cuisine under chef Rob Roy Cameron. Both restaurants will focus on local ingredients and curated beverage offerings, making significant impacts on London's vibrant food scene.
