Two children injured in Inglewood after suspect flees police and crashes, authorities say
"The two children were immediately transported to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries, while Flenoy and Davenport suffered minor injuries."
"Flenoy initially stopped but then fled, leading to a brief pursuit ending in a collision after running a red light."
Police arrested Aaron Flenoy for carjacking and child endangerment after he fled during a traffic stop with two minors in his vehicle. Flenoy, an ex-con with a $5.7 million warrant, struck another car after running a red light. A short pursuit ensued but ended quickly. All passengers were taken to a hospital; the children had non-life-threatening injuries, and Flenoy also faced potential additional charges for outstanding warrants. Davenport, a passenger, had several warrants and was also arrested.
