
The Cleveland Guardians shut out the Minnesota Twins 8-0 to complete a day-night doubleheader sweep and extend their winning streak to 10 games. Steven Kwan tied a season high with four RBIs, including an RBI single in the fifth and a two-run single in the eighth. Cleveland sent 10 batters in the fifth, highlighted by RBIs from Kyle Manzardo, C.J. Kayfus and a two-run double by Gabriel Arias. Logan Allen allowed four hits, struck out seven and pitched a career-high eight innings for his first win since July 29. Guardians starters have permitted no more than two earned runs in 15 consecutive games.
