The Toronto Blue Jays have traded Yusei Kikuchi to the Houston Astros in exchange for Jake Bloss, the Astros' second-best prospect.
Bloss, a third-round pick in last year's draft, has impressed with his pitching skills, notably a fastball touching 97 mph and a curveball with significant depth and run.
Despite some limitations in his command and no dominant pitches, Bloss has a solid repertoire with quality depth, showing potential to improve into a quality #4 starter in the MLB.
