The restaurant chain expanded to 450 locations, becoming a staple in Miami, South Beach, and Broward County. The Perlmans not only transformed their hot dog stand into a major franchise but also ventured into meat distribution and gaming, purchasing Caesars Palace in 1969, thus tackling diverse industries and showcasing their entrepreneurial prowess.
