The Villa Miami duplex features 12,000 square feet of opulent living space, including six bedrooms and cutting-edge culinary design by Vicky Charles and chef Mario Carbone. Their collaboration includes a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen, featuring recessed water wells for quick pasta cooking, stocked with Carbone's signature oils and sauces. This project marks Major Food Group's first residential venture, co-developed with Terra and One Thousand Group, promising a blend of warmth and grandeur in interior design. Slated for completion in 2026, the building will offer unique access via car, boat, and helicopter.
Inside the chef's kitchen, the countertops have recessed wells of water to replicate Carbone's pasta cookers inside the eateries, allowing residents to drop their pasta directly.
Charles aims to blend grandeur with warmth, bringing a uniquely European sensibility to Miami's design landscape, ensuring the interiors are both luxurious and inviting.
