Two men, Manuel Lazzaro and Wilson Muñoz Suarez, have been arrested for illegally practicing medicine in Little Havana without a valid Florida medical license. They were found to have promoted themselves as doctors on social media platforms and performed illegal surgeries at New World Medical & Mystic Cosmetic Surgery. Lazzaro faces charges including unlicensed healthcare practice, while Muñoz faces charges that also include domestic violence and resisting arrest. Both men are currently out on bond as investigations continue.
