Being the Stillness
Briefly

Mantra chanting facilitates acceptance of present emotions and states of being. It encourages individuals to embrace their current feelings, whether positive or negative, without judgment or desire to change them. By letting go of the urge to control and interpret these feelings, one can create space for acceptance and openness. This process allows for self-acceptance as a flawed, beautiful human. Recognizing that liking oneself does not depend on meeting conditions fosters a healthier relationship with oneself.
"Just let it be exactly what it is, and just be with that. Feel it very directly, letting go of any interpretation of any kind-just, 'it is what it is,' and stick with what it is."
"If you wanted to you-don't have to, but, if you wanted to, you could go just a little bit further than that and actually like the way you are right now. Like this flawed, beautiful, human being-a little bit."
