Wide open, Wide awake
Briefly

In the Live Nondual Meditation session, practitioners are encouraged to begin by tuning into their present experience, checking on thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. The emphasis is on self-acceptance; individuals are invited to renounce self-aggression and recognize their feelings, whether positive or negative, as valid. The session promotes a sense of openness and spaciousness, guiding participants to hold their awareness from a place of clarity. Following this self-inquiry, technique such as alternate nostril breathing is introduced to enhance the meditative experience, fostering deeper relaxation and awareness.
Renounce the fundamental self-aggression that you must change it. Instead, embrace self-compassion, accepting your feelings as they are, perfectly fine for now.
Access whatever existing openness you can find, tune into that sense of spaciousness and clarity, witnessing your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
