This article discusses the architectural approach taken to design a new residential building on a uniquely shaped site in an evolving urban area. Faced with surrounding vehicular infrastructure and changing demographics, the design aimed at maximizing space while maintaining visual quality. The irregular pentagon shape was divided into nine squares, creating openness and interconnectivity among spaces. By adjusting wall heights and strategically placing openings, the building provides a modern yet harmonious addition to a landscape characterized by both residential and urban features.
In response to the urban reconstruction in the area, a new building was designed to harmonize with the irregular pentagon site while addressing the challenges of modernization.
