"Mo rephrases my question, introduces itself and asks if I want to start with Mo or if I want to talk to a doctor," Lizée described, highlighting how the AI assistant integrates with human practitioners.
The AI-based chatbot is optional for users, ensuring they retain control over their healthcare inquiries. It’s designed to initiate based on user preference, according to Lizée.
Within 15 minutes, doctors review Mo's responses, confirming or correcting the information provided in AI-assisted conversations. This system ensures patient safety while using AI.
