A video circulated widely on social media shows two masked and hooded men use a hammer to smash the window of Gregory & Co jewellers in Richmond with a hammer before pulling back the damaged glass."

The men then run off towards Richmond Green. The Met Police have appealed for witnesses over the burglary which it said happened at about 10:30 GMT on Saturday."

Social media video shows the men pulling back damaged glass and scooping items into a blue bag while one staff member batted at them with a small box and another tried to retrieve items back into the shop. The men ran off towards Richmond Green. The Met Police appealed for witnesses and said the burglary occurred at about 10:30 GMT on Saturday, treating the incident as aggravated burglary. No arrests have been made.
