Harvard alumni are invited to participate in the elections for new members of the Board of Overseers and the Harvard Alumni Association this spring, with voting occurring from April 1 to May 19. Eligible voters include all degree holders as of January 1, excluding certain officers. There are five vacancies for the Board and six positions for directors. Several nominations have been made, although candidate Valerie Montgomery Rice has withdrawn, citing her current responsibilities.
