Blake Lively sued for defamation by crisis PR firm over Justin Baldoni legal battle
Briefly

Blake Lively has been sued by crisis management expert Jed Wallace for defamation after she accused him of orchestrating a social media smear campaign against her related to her role in 'It Ends With Us' with Justin Baldoni. Wallace seeks at least $7 million in damages, asserting that Lively's claims of sexual harassment and retaliation are unfounded. Lively's earlier complaint stated that Wallace had created disparaging online content. Wallace argues he had no involvement in the alleged misconduct and Lively later admitted she had no factual basis for her claims.
Lively's filing claimed that Wallace "weaponized a digital army...to create, seed, manipulate, and advance disparaging content that appeared to be authentic on social media."
As Lively later admitted she knew of no facts to support the allegations," Charles Babcock, a lawyer for Wallace, writes in the suit.
