Boots is launching a new reward scheme across over 800 UK stores that encourages customers to recycle empty blister packs. Customers with a Boots Advantage Card can receive 100 points or £1 for depositing five blister packs while spending £5 in-store. Blister packs, often non-recyclable through regular collections, will be processed by MYGroup to create reusable materials like MYBoardTM for various applications. The initiative responds to customer demand for sustainable solutions, reflecting a growing trend among retailers like Superdrug and Aldi to implement recycling programs.
