Check to see if you were a Premium Bonds draw winner this February
Briefly

In February’s National Savings and Investments (NS&I) premium bonds draw, two lucky winners secured £1m each, one from Kirklees and the other from Sheffield. The Kirklees winner has held their bond since 2009, while the Sheffield winner purchased theirs in September 2022. With over £430m distributed to bondholders this month, the significance of managing bonds online is emphasized to avoid unclaimed prizes. NS&I retail director Andrew Westhead noted the continued success of premium bonds in Yorkshire and the Humber.
The Sheffield win marks the city's fourth premium bonds millionaire and is exactly two years since the last jackpot win there in February 2023.
Unlike other investments, where investors earn interest or a regular dividend income, bonds are entered into a monthly prize draw where people can win between £25 and £1m.
Premium bonds holders can reduce the chances of their prizes becoming unclaimed by managing their premium bonds online or opting to have any prizes paid directly into their bank accounts.
Yorkshire and the Humber may be on a jackpot winning streak, but thanks to ERNIE, more than £430m in prizes have gone to bond holders up and down the country this month.
