The Columbia Climate School has introduced the first master's degree program in the U.S. focused on climate finance. This interdisciplinary program, developed with the Columbia Business School, aims to create impactful solutions for the climate crisis by equipping graduates with advanced financial tools and scientific knowledge. The program is designed to address the urgent global challenges posed by climate change, combining essential climate science with business acumen. The first cohort will commence in fall 2025, meeting growing demands from both public and private sectors for adaptation and risk assessment related to climate issues.
