His mother, Heather, recalls the promise to his father to support Drew’s dream. After a rough start last season, Drew proved himself, leading to a remarkable performance with stellar statistics including a .955 save percentage. After an 0-4 start last season, BC High coach John Flaherty called Karlovits' number. The Eagles won his first start... He wasn’t going to take a backseat to anybody.
