Briefly

Dublin Circuit Criminal Court heard that Nebojsa Rasic, 26, dragged a garda along in his van as he attempted to stop the reckless driving.
Rasic's response to being approached at traffic lights involved an abrupt stop, which led to the garda's arm getting caught in the vehicle's window.
As Rasic fled, he also threw packages of cannabis from his van, some striking the windscreen of pursuing gardaí, highlighting the reckless nature of his actions.
