Eligible incomes for the apartments range from $36,720 to $134,820 depending on household size, with rents varying significantly based on the size and income level of the unit.
Eighteen one-bedroom units are priced from $994 to $1,868, while two-bedrooms range from $1,185 to $2,233 and three-bedrooms from $1,359 to $2,571, focusing on affordability.
The development will include comprehensive amenities, with 276 of its units reserved for formerly homeless residents, highlighting the collaborative effort between private and nonprofit organizations to support low-income families.
