For over ten years, Solny allegedly presented himself as a financial advisor, assuring clients he could negotiate short sales to prevent foreclosure. Victim Wabny Frazier testified about her ordeal, detailing her confusion over signed documents while highlighting the emotional toll the situation took on her family. Prosecutors argue that Solny exploited vulnerable homeowners, leading to unjust property loss under false pretenses.
"I had to box it up and tuck it away to survive," Frazier explained.
Solny allegedly posed as a trusted financial 'fix-it man' to his clients but ultimately stole their properties.
