Motorists and pedestrians have been urged to avoid the city centre while the fire is being dealt with. There are not reported to be any injuries involved in the incident. A number of retail premises adjacent to the blaze including a popular restaurant had to be evacuated as a precautionary measure while the fire was being dealt with nearby."
