I left my $195,000 tech job to open a wine bar. I work 12-hour days and don't have health insurance, but I've never been happier.
Briefly

I enjoyed the perks of my tech job and made good money, but the work didn’t resonate with who I am. I felt creatively unfulfilled.
After I turned 30, I began reflecting deeply during COVID. I realized I had compartmentalized my life and wasn’t truly happy at work.

Now, as the owner of With Others, I feel aligned with my passions and find great fulfillment in creating a welcoming space for my community.
