Art Market Mentors, initiated by former Christie's employees Cat Manson and Caroline Sayan in 2020, is stepping in to provide mentorship. Over 600 candidates applied in its first year, with 300 matched mentors and mentees. The 2025 program is now open for applications until January 31, aiming to provide essential career guidance to those affected by job losses or seeking advice. Renowned mentors will assist in the effort to revitalize the industry and offer realistic entry-level information.
