On Fox & Friends, correspondent Jacqui Heinrich discussed the shift in media dynamics concerning President Trump's press relations. She criticized the previous administration's media coverage as often unfair and loaded, noting how questions were sometimes framed in a biased manner that not only undermined objective reporting but also lacked professionalism. Heinrich humorously recalled how journalists structured their inquiries negatively, predicting that the forthcoming approach to Trump's presidency would be more measured and constructive, as aggressive questioning was not a beneficial model for the press.
I think that four years ago, what sort of got baked into much of the media coverage was just this sort of formulaic approach where what journalists would do is just throw rocks at Trump.
Even the phrasing of questions oftentimes was unfair, loaded in a way, not neutral, not how reporters are supposed to ask questions.
It used to be you know, Don't you feel badly for being so horrible? That was sort of how they structured their questions.
It was not a good business model... do you think it's going to be as nasty as it was during the first term?
