Kevin Raggett, a self-confessed paedophile, received a 22-month jail sentence, with the final 12 months suspended, following his guilty plea for possession and distribution of explicit material.
Judge Sinead McMullan lifted reporting restrictions allowing the media to publicly name 22-year-old Kevin Raggett, who had been found with explicit content involving young children.
