"When I gave birth to [Sunday Rose Kidman-Urban], I was like, 'Well, I think I'm pretty much done now,'" Nicole Kidman reflected, discussing her initial thoughts on leaving acting after the birth of her daughter.
"That came from a woman who was from a generation that didn't have the opportunities that I had, that she had helped create for her daughters," Kidman articulated, highlighting the generational difference influences on her mother's advice.
"Just listen to me. Keep moving forward. Not saying that you have to do it to the level you've been doing it, but I wouldn't give it up completely,' Kidman recalled her mother's steadfast encouragement.
She has since been nominated for two more Oscars, including for Best Supporting Actress in 2017 for 'Lion' and Best Actress in 2022 for 'Being the Ricardos,' showcasing her enduring talent.
