Steven Stanganelli pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct, asserting his intention was to enforce traffic rules during a pro-Trump rally, not politicize the situation.
Stanganelli expressed regret on Facebook, stating, 'While I strive to do the right thing... this was not my finest hour. For that and the embarrassment to my family... I am sorry.'
Witnesses reported Stanganelli was 'screaming and yelling' at Trump supporters during the rally, allegedly blocking vehicles and jumping on a car's hood as they moved.
Video evidence captured Stanganelli stepping in front of a moving Trump vehicle, pointing at a stop sign while counting to three, purportedly enforcing a traffic law.
