Public space reopens beneath Brooklyn Bridge, giving Chinatown a bit more room to breathe

"In Lower Manhattan, 15,000 square feet is an enormous amount of precious space," said Transportation Commissioner Ydanis Rodriguez. The newly reopened space provides crucial room for residents and visitors.
